Shipping Policy
At Fabinest, we are committed to delivering your custom-printed apparel as quickly and securely as possible. Because every item is carefully printed and prepared specifically for you, our shipping process involves two distinct phases: Processing and Transit. Please review the details below.
1. Order Processing Time
After your payment is verified, your order enters our production queue. We require 1 to 3 business days to apply your chosen design to the garment, perform a thorough quality check, and pack your order securely.
Note: Processing occurs Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Currently, we exclusively ship within the United States. Once processing is complete, your package is handed over to our trusted shipping carriers.
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (7-10 days) = 8 to 13 Business Days.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update with the initial scan.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us at [email protected] immediately. If the order has not yet entered the printing process, we can update the address. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the destination, and we will not be held responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address provided by the buyer.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we strive for perfection, occasional carrier delays happen due to weather, high volume, or logistical issues. If your tracking shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If your package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for over 15 days), please contact our support team at [email protected], and we will assist you in filing a claim and arranging a replacement.
