Orders & Changes

1. How can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process and print your items quickly, we have a very small window to intercept an order before it goes to production. If you need to cancel or make a change (size, color, address), you must email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters the printing phase, it cannot be altered or canceled.

2. Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes! Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your receipt and order details. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

Shipping & Delivery

3. How long does shipping take?

It takes 1-3 business days to print and process your order. After that, transit time within the US is 7-10 business days. You can expect your package to arrive within 8 to 13 business days in total.

4. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for standard shipping anywhere within the United States.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon!

Returns & Quality

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if the item is defective, damaged, or if we sent the incorrect item. Since items are custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We deeply apologize! Please email [email protected] immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will verify the issue and arrange for a free replacement or a full refund right away.

8. How do I make sure I order the right size?

We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. We highly recommend grabbing your favorite fitting shirt from home, measuring it flat, and comparing those measurements to our size chart before ordering.
