1. Reporting Infringement
To file a valid DMCA Notice, you must provide our Designated Agent with the following six (6) items in writing:
- Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorized agent).
- Identify Work: Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identify Location: Description of where the infringing material is located on our site (Include specific URLs).
- Contact Info: Your address, telephone number, and email.
- Good Faith Belief: A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
2. Designated Copyright Agent

3. Counter-Notification
If material was removed by mistake, you may file a Counter-Notice including: your signature, identification of the removed material (and original URL), a statement under penalty of perjury regarding the mistake, and your contact info with consent to local Federal District Court jurisdiction.
4. Repeat Infringers & Liability
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
