This is the essential stage where your custom apparel is printed, dried, inspected, and securely packaged. This time is mandatory to ensure our product meets your expectations and passes our rigorous QC checks.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days.
  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders received after 10:00 AM [Timezone, e.g., EST] will begin processing the following business day.
  • Post-Production: Once processing is complete, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates, Transit Times, and TDT Estimates

Shipping costs are precisely calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order. You will see the final, all-inclusive shipping fee before payment (Crucial for the “John Wick” Test).

3. Tracking, Customs & Delivery Integrity

Your tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation and will be live within 24-48 hours. For convenience, you can monitor your order’s progress 24/7 directly on our dedicated **Track Your Order Page**.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

While we ship globally, **Fabinest** is an exporter, and the customer is the importer of record. Therefore, you are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by your country upon arrival. **We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering to avoid unexpected charges.**

Loss, Damage, or Delivery Issues

We take pride in our secure packaging. Although the risk of loss passes to the carrier upon handover, **we commit to being your advocate and ensuring a resolution.**

  • 📦 Item Damaged in Transit: Immediately take photos of the package and damaged contents. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will expedite the necessary paperwork for a carrier claim and arrange a **replacement shipment** as quickly as possible.
  • 🚫 Package Lost or Stalled: If your tracking stalls for more than 7 consecutive business days, or if the status shows “delivered” but is missing, please contact us at [email protected]. We will **immediately open an investigation** with the carrier on your behalf.
